- Ground floor Master Suite has a king size bed, television, and an en-suite private bathroom
- Third bedroom has a queen size bed and an additional trundle bed
- Fourth bedroom has 2 trundle beds (third and fourth bedrooms have a Jack-and-Jill bathroom

Pool alarms professionally installed on the doors that have direct access to the swimming pool.
